Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Recently purchased a used/refurbished counter balance forklift from Joe at Bronze Mechanical and their product as well as customer service far exceeded my expectations. Id highly recommend these guys to anyone. Very professional and you can buy with great confidence. Pleasure to deal with. Will buy again.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Really pleased with the quick response and delivery at very short notice.
We was let down by two companies on lead times and at a loss of time.
A friend who had rented trucks from Bronze for 15+ years recommended them and we was able to receive a truck in 2 days very happy.
Excellent service.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. We have purchased, and had serviced, multiple trucks , both new and used, through Bronze Mechanical over a 20 year period. We just took delivery of a refurbished truck that Bronze sourced to our exact needs. It was prepared so well, we thought it was new! Their trusted advice, customer service and support is always five star and I'm happy to recommend them.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. We recently had an urgent issue with one of our reach trucks during a critical phase of our warehouse relocation, which happened to fall on a bank holiday weekend. Bronze stepped in with incredible speed and professionalism, delivering a level of service that truly exceeded all expectations.

A special thanks to Joe and the entire Bronze team, whose responsiveness and commitment were remarkable. Despite the timing, they immediately arranged for an engineer to come on-site and carry out the necessary repairs with efficiency and expertise. The engineer was not only technically skilled but also extremely professional and courteous, ensuring our operations could continue with minimal disruption.

Additionally, the support we received in managing our fleet — including forklifts and counterbalance trucks — was seamless, and Bronze made sure we had everything we needed to maintain full operational flow during a very busy time.

Reliable, proactive, and genuinely dedicated to their clients — we couldn’t be more satisfied with the service from Bronze. Highly recommended!
